Would you like to exercise your right of withdrawal? Please fill in the form below to notify us of your return.

Once we receive your request, we will email you further information about returning your order. After you notify us of your cancellation, you have 14 days to return the items to us.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

• For sealed products. If the seal has been broken, these products cannot be returned.
• Products manufactured by Lezynestore in accordance with the consumer’s specifications.
• Products that are clearly personal in nature.
• Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned.
• Products that can spoil or expire quickly.
• Products whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the business owner has no control.

Return policy

• The items must be handled with care.
• If possible, we would appreciate it if you could return the products in their original packaging with the labels still attached.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method used to place the order.
