On our website we offer you the possibility to read product reviews, but also to write them yourself. The product reviews help other people to make the right choice.

Who can write a product review?

Anyone who has made a purchase online through our website and has created an account to do so, or has used an existing account, can write a product review. This way we guarantee that the reviews are real and only posted by customers who actually bought the product in our shop.

How can I write a product review?

To leave a product review, you therefore need an account. You can create this account during the ordering process of your order or at https://lezynestore.com/my-account/. You can then leave a review in the following way:

1. Place an order with your favourite products.
2. You will receive an e-mail from us 21 days after your order asking you to write a review. You can then use the link to the special review page in your account.
3. Give your review on the product(s).

Guidelines for permitted reviews

• The review should only be about (the operation of) the product. Would you like to review our store in general, you can do so via Webwinkelkeur.
• We like to read why you like or dislike a product. This will help other customers better than just a ‘good’ or a ‘bad’.
• Reviews that are placed at a wrong product, and therefore are not about that product, will be rejected and / or removed.
• Double reviews will be removed.
• Reviews with discriminating, racist, offensive or threatening language will not be published on our website.
• Do not include personal and/or contact information in your review.

Is my review directly visible?

Your review is not directly visible on our website. We manually check each review to make sure it meets the above guidelines before publishing it online. Therefore it may take several working days before the review is visible online. The date mentioned with a review is the date it was written by the customer.

How can I edit or delete my product review?

You can edit your review yourself. To do so, go back to the e-mail you received from us 21 days after your order. You will now be taken to the review page, where you can choose to edit your review. If you no longer have this e-mail, please contact us by e-mail. We will make the adjustment for you (if within our guidelines).

You cannot delete your review yourself. You can contact us in this case too. We will remove the review for you.
