At LezyneStore you can place your order 24/7. But how exactly does that work? We walk you through it step by step.

Order process

Have you found the product you are looking for? Then you are ready to order. To do so, follow the steps below:

Select product and place in shopping cart

1. Choose the desired product.
2. Place the product in the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.
3. If you are ordering for the first time, please click on shopping cart at the top right. If you already have an account with us, you can log in via ‘My Account’.

Step 1: Shopping cart

1. Check your order in the shopping cart.
2. If you have a voucher, enter the code under ‘Voucher’.
3. You can now proceed to checkout.

Step 2: Details / Delivery

1. On this page, enter your information. If you are logged into your account, then your information is already filled in. You only need to check them now.
2. On the right side, choose the desired shipping method. Any shipping costs will now be calculated.
3. Now choose Payment.

Step 3: Method of payment

1. On this page, choose the desired payment method.
2. Click the “Pay” button to complete your payment.

Order confirmation and shipping

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail at the e-mail address you provided. Once we have shipped the package, you will receive an email from us with a track & trace code.

The delivery time of your order is indicated with the product. Products listed as shipping today are in stock with us immediately. Products where more working days are listed as delivery time, they are on order with our supplier and will come your way as soon as possible.
