The Lezyne GPS models are very compact and feature convenient functions. The system stores your trips so you can review the data later. In addition, the new models feature turn-by-turn navigation. Using turn-by-turn navigation, you can load a route before cycling.
The screen is very bright, making it clear and easy to read, even when there is a lot of sun. If it is dark, you can turn on the screen light. With the X-Lock Standard Mount, the Lezyne GPS bike computer is easily and securely mounted to your handlebars.
The powerful Lezyne GPS products are all handy bike computers for the road. There are five different models:
– Super GPS
– Mega GPS
– Micro GPS
– Macro GPS
– Mini GPS
All models are USB rechargeable. The Super GPS, Micro GPS and the Macro GPS have a large memory. These models can store as much as 150 to 400 hours (depending on model) of cycling data. The models are very light. The Micro GPS and the Mini GPS weigh as little as 29 grams. The Macro GPS weighs 74 grams, and the Super GPS weighs 76 grams. The battery life of the GPS bike computers is very long: 24 to 10 hours (depending on the model).
Glonass
An additional advantage of the Super GPS and the Micro GPS is that these two models are equipped with Glonass. This is the Russian counterpart to the American GPS system. Glonass comes in handy when you go to places with little to no GPS signal. Glonass does have signal in these places. This is due in part to the fact that the Glonass satellites have two unique frequencies for each satellite, using Frequency Divion Multiple Access technology. With GPS, on the other hand, all satellites use the same frequencies. Using both systems simultaneously allows for even more accurate positioning.
