User Manual

Step 1: Identify the source of the puncture.

Step 2: Remove debris or puncture source.

Step 3: Insert the perforating tool onto the handle (Tubeless set only).

Step 4: Insert the tool into the hole and clean the puncture with the integrated reamer.

Step 5: Remove the tool from the hole.

Step 6: Insert the strap plug into the eye – the eye should be in the center of the strap plug.

Step 7: Push the strap plug into the hole, making sure the ends of the strap plug stay on the outside of the strap.

Step 8: With the tool and plug still in the tire, turn the tool clockwise a few revolutions to rotate the tire plug into the tire.

Step 9: Remove the tool and make sure the tire plug is in the tire.

Step 10: Inflate the tire again to the desired pressure with your favorite Lezyne pump.
