LEZYNE CO2 BLASTER + 2 X 20G CO2

Description

This innovative 2-in-1 CO2 dispenser and tubeless tire repair kit inflates and seals tubeless tires at the same time. The machined aluminum construction is both lightweight and highly durable. The reamer made of hardened steel abrades the hole, inserts plug and inflates the tire for an efficient and fast repair. The CNC-machined dial manually controls the release of CO2 gas. The aluminum canister holds the five tire plugs provided and can safely store the reamer when not in use. Slim, compact design fits in a pocket or straps around your bike. Two kit options: two 20-gram CO2 cartridges or no cartridges and a simple Velcro strap.

Note that seal performance may vary based on puncture size, tire size and tire pressure.

Methodology

1. Find the hole in the tire
2. Sand the hole with the reamer
3. Remove a plug and thread through the tip
4. Attach the CO2 cartridge – be sure the valve is closed -.
5. Insert the plug into the tire with the ends just sticking out
6. Slowly open the button and inflate the tire
7. Slide the aluminum sleeve down – pull out the reamer -.
8. You can drive on!
