At LezyneStore you can place your order 24/7. But how exactly does that work? We walk you through it step by step.

Order process

Have you found the product you are looking for? Then you are ready to order. To do so, follow the steps below:

Select product and place in shopping cart

1. Choose the desired product.
2. Place the product in the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.
3. If this is your first order, please click on shopping cart in the top right-hand corner.
4. If you already have an account in our system and want to log in first, you can do so via ‘My account’.

Data

1. On this page, enter your information. If you are logged in to your account, your information will already be filled in. All you need to do now is check it.
2. If you are placing a business order, please enter your company name and VAT number.
3. If necessary, enter a different shipping address. Please note: This is not a DHL or PostNL pickup location. You can select one of those options under Shipping Methods.
4. You also have the option to create an account here. This is not required.
5. Review your order in the shopping cart.
6. If you have a gift certificate, enter the code in the “Gift Certificate” field and click “Apply Gift Certificate.”
7. Then select your preferred payment method.
8. Next, select your preferred shipping method. Any shipping costs will be displayed here immediately.
9. Click the “Place Order” button to complete your order. You will now be redirected to the payment screen for your chosen payment method.
10. After completing the payment, you will be taken to a confirmation screen where your order will be displayed once more.

Order confirmation and shipping

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail at the e-mail address you provided. Once we have shipped the package, you will receive an email from us with a track & trace code.

The delivery time of your order is indicated with the product. Products listed as shipping today are in stock with us immediately. Products where more working days are listed as delivery time, they are on order with our supplier and will come your way as soon as possible. If you order several products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time will apply. This is because the entire order will be delivered in one parcel or within one shipment.
